Core Skills/Advanced Skills Training Programs (Girls Only, 1st-6th graders)
These sessions are designed to optimize the player's training experience. The best way to improve is to receive excellent instruction while training with players who have a similar skill set. During the first session, each athlete is evaluated and placed into similar ability-level training groups. Each training session will include quality instruction and game play opportunities. This program is for all levels from beginners to elite players.
